No accounts, no signup, no tracking. Here is exactly what happens to your files.

What we collect
NIDESHA does not require an account, signup or login for any tool. We do not collect names, emails or personal details unless you choose to email us, use the contact form or join the Automation Browser waitlist, which open your own email app.
Your files
Most tools (PDF page tools, image tools, calculators, text tools) run entirely inside your browser. For these tools, processing happens directly on your device.
A few format-sensitive tools (for example PDF compression, PDF↔Word/Excel/PowerPoint conversion, PDF unlock/protect, PDF/A conversion, and audio/video transcription) need server-side processing. For these, your file is uploaded over an encrypted connection to a temporary processor and used only to generate your result. It is deleted from our server the moment your download finishes, and within seconds if you close or reload the page. A safety cleaner removes anything a server fault could leave behind within about 30 minutes, and an audio job that nobody is waiting for any more is removed after about 10 minutes. We keep no copies of your files and no database of them, and our answers are marked “do not store” so browsers, proxies and CDNs do not keep them either.
Tools that use online services
Some tools need outside services to answer. They are marked with a red dot or the label “Online service”. The word and Indian-name tools (Word Explorer, Hindi + English Dictionary, Synonym Finder, Word History) send the word you type to public services: Google Translate, Free Dictionary API, Datamuse, MyMemory, Wiktionary and Wikipedia. On This Day asks Wikipedia for the date you pick. The Currency Converter fetches exchange rates (your amount is not sent). AI Notes and Lecture Notes send your text or audio through our server to an AI provider (Groq). We do not store these requests. The third-party services have their own privacy policies and can see your IP address.
Fonts are served from our own server. Some tools download open-source libraries or AI models (for example from jsDelivr or Google Cloud Storage) the first time you use them. Your files are not sent in these downloads, but those servers see a normal web request from your browser. The website is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, which may add its own cookie-free statistics script to pages.
Cookies and local storage
We use one cookie and your browser's local storage to remember your theme (dark/light) and language, and a few small things that make tools work: a counter of files processed on this device, the latest currency rates, short timing markers that limit how many jobs run at once, and the words you looked up in the word tools (so the same answer opens instantly). Tools that save your own work, such as the Time Table Generator and the Flashcard Maker, keep it only in your browser. If you upload a Kruti Dev/DevLys font to see Hindi text in the text tools, your browser keeps that font file (the “Remove saved font” button next to the upload deletes it) and any custom font tables you create, so you do not have to add them again. None of this is sent to us, and you can remove everything any time with your browser's “Clear site data” setting. Documents, images, PDFs and audio that you open in the browser-only tools are never written to browser storage. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
Rate limiting
Some server-processed tools apply a fair-use limit per network address to keep the service fast and available for everyone. This only records a request count and timestamp, never the file content.
